[중요] TOPIK 4월 시행 취소 및 시행 연기 알림. 69th TOPIK canceled and rescheduled (4/11 -> 10/17)

2020.4.11.(토)에 시행 예정이었던 제69회 한국어능력시험이 세계적으로 확산되고 있는 코로나바이러스 사태로 인하여 취소되었습니다. 이에 시카고한국교육원에서는 미 중서부 지역에서의 시험을 2020.10.17(토)로 연기하여 제 72회 한국어능력시험을 시행할 예정입니다.

4월 시행 예정이던 7개의 시험장 중 IL, MN, IA, KS, WI, OH 6개의 시험장에서는 10월에 그대로 시험이 실시되며, MI 시험장에서는 10월 시행이 불가능하여 전면 취소되었습니다.

미시간 지역 지원자를 제외한 기존 69회 지원 명단은 72회 지원으로 변경될 예정이며, 10월17일(토)에 응시가 불가능한 분들 및 미시간 지역 지원자에게는 응시료를 전액 환불해 드릴 것입니다.

기존 지원자는 2020.3.31.(화)까지 시카고한국교육원 이메일(kec.chicago@gmail.com)로 지원자 정보 (이름, 시험 지역, 레벨) 와 함께 10월 시험 응시 가능 여부를 알려주시기 바랍니다.

환불을 요청하시는 경우 결제하신 카드의 마지막 4자리도 함께 알려주시기 바랍니다.

Due to a widespread, ongoing outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) globally, the TOPIK center in Korea announced that it had canceled the 69th TOPIK, which was scheduled on April 11.

Therefore, Chicago Korean Education Center decided to reschedule the test for the Midwest area (6 locations: IL, MN, IA, KS, WI, OH / MI location has been canceled).

• New 2020 TOPIK date: October 17, 2020, Saturday

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we will give applicants a full refund of application fee in case they are not able to take a test in October.

Please let us know whether you are able to take the test on Oct.17 (Sat) or not via email (kec.chicago@gmail.com) by March 31 (Tuesday).

In case you cannot take a test in Oct, please let us know your name, test place, level, and the last 4 digits of your credit card. We will give you a full refund of the application fee.

<69th TOPIK applicants for MI location>

There will be no test at the MI location (University of Michigan, Ann Arbor) this year, and the next test will be offered in April, 2021.

Please let us know your name, test place, level, and the last 4 digits of your credit card by March 31 (Tuesday). We will give you a full refund of the application fee.

If you want to take a test in Oct. at the different location, we can switch the location for you.
